Standard Service Inclusions:
ALL ROOMS INCLUDE:
- Remove Cobwebs
- Dust above window & door mouldings
- Wipe all window and door frames
- Window sills wiped clean and tracks vacuumed
- Light switches and power points wiped clean
- Dust/clean light fittings (light fittings removed to be cleaned where possible)
- Skirting board dusted and cleaned
- Obvious wall marks cleaned (within reason see standard inclusions)
- Interior doors and handles cleaned
- All cabinetry/wardrobes/shelving wiped clean
- Dust blinds/curtains only
- Vacuum and Mop all Hard Floors
BATHROOM/ ENSUITE/ TOILET/ LAUNDRY:
- *as per ALL ROOMS plus:
- Bath cleaned including any waste removed from drain hole
- Vanity benchtop cleaned, taps cleaned and polished
- Storage cupboards wiped cleaned
- Exhaust fan dusted/wiped clean (not removed)
- Scrub shower including all grout/glass/base and any waste removed from drain hole
- Mirrors cleaned
- Toilet/s cleaned
- Trough cleaned and any waste removed from drain hole
KITCHEN:
- *as per ALL ROOMS plus
- Range hood cleaned including filters & external surrounds (internal fan etc not cleaned)
- Stovetop cleaned including elements cleaned where possible
- Interior and exterior of cupboards cleaned including the tops of cupboards
- Splashback and benchtops cleaned
- Scrub & polish kitchen sink including any waste removed from drain hole
GARAGE:
- Remove all cobwebs where possible & sweep (oil stains not included)
**Doesn’t include any exterior glass cleaning to windows or pool fencing, rubbish removal, wall washing, garden maintenance etc (quoted and charged additional if required please refer to our full list of services in our Brochure. An Important Information sheet has been attached please read)
