Construction Cleaning will be customised to each home, builder or company to provide our desired optimum presentation of your property. The Builders clean can be performed at multiple stages or upon completion of construction.

Service Provided : Comprehensive Builders Clean

  • Every surface dusted / wiped / vacuumed where possible
  • Wall spot marked, washed or dry mopped as appropriate
  • All light switches and power points wiped clean
  • All door handles polished
  • Living areas cleaned including any cabinetary
  • Bedrooms cleaned including WIR / BIR
  • Study cleaned including any cabinetry
  • Bathrooms / ensuites cleaned including bath polished, shower screens cleaned and polished, basin and taps cleaned and polished. All cabinetry cleaned
  • Kitchen cleaned including all cabinetry (cupboards, drawers and shelving) interior and exterior cleaned and polished (where applicable). Splash back cleaned free of excess of silicone / grout etc. and polished
  • Stainless steel sinks cleaned and polished, water stains removed
  • Laundry cleaned including cabinetry (cupboards, drawers and shelving) interior and exterior cleaned and polished (where applicable). Splash back cleaned free of excess of silicone / grout etc. and polished
  • All appliances fitted will be cleaned and all packing or appliance protection removed
  • Any additional storage rooms / cupboards / drawers cleaned.
  • All excessive paint, grout or silicone removed where possible
  • Stickers removed where appropriate
  • Rubbish removed (skip bin)
  • All floors vacuumed and mopped (including skirting boards where appropriate)
  • Hard floor areas deep scrubbed and buffed
  • Windows cleaned interior and exterior including scraping or steel wool to remove excess render, paint, grout, silicone etc. Window tracks vacuumed and cleaned to be free of building debris. Frames and sills wiped clean and removal of paint etc. where possible. Window latches, wind out mechanism etc. cleaned where possible. Final rinse of exterior windows with purified water system for gleaming and spot-free windows
  • Paint overspray/render etc. scrapped and cleaned where possible from surfaces or fixtures
  • Under roofline cleaned including guttering and facades with purified water system for a spot-free finish
  • Pressure wash full exterior of house including decking / alfresco / tiled areas under roofline where possible
  • All cobwebs removed where accessible
