Display Home Management
Display Home Management operates based on weekly cleaning of premises, providing overall property management and top end presentation inside and out.
Please note all display home sizes are based on living space including undercover outdoor areas under roofline.

- All walls spot marked
- All light switches and power points cleaned and light switches in on position
- All door handles cleaned and polished
- All toilets cleaned with bowl clean product for pleasant fresh smell
- Furniture polished for pleasant smell and potential to retain furniture value
- Stainless steel sinks cleaned and polished when required, water stains removed
- Kitchen / Laundry sprayed and wiped clean on bench tops and cupboards / drawers / shelves where required
- Inside cupboards / drawers wiped clean of dust, dirt and bugs
- All ornaments, bases, glasses, plates, settings etc dusted and wiped clean / polished where required
- Bathroom / Ensuite showers cleaned of any marks, sinks and bath cleaned, taps polished and settings placed correctly
- Mirrors and picture frames cleaned and polished where required
- TVs sprayed and wiped clean
- Leather cleaned and treated regularly
- Floors vacuumed thoroughly including under rug edges
- Floors mopped throughout including skirting boards
- Front windows and decking cleaned with purified water system
- Alfresco area dusted, wiped clean where appropriate, rear windows / doors and tiled / decked area cleans with purified water system
- Cobwebs removed from under roofline, and removed from fences where time and weather permit
- Advertising / Marketing signs cleaned with purified water system including lights where time and weather permits
